Frankly, I'm sick of listening to this woman whine about her rights. She doesn't think for a second that her speech is infringing on the rights of someone else especially because shes a well know figure.

A person's gender isnt subject to Ms. Rowling's "belief", anymore than what time of day the sun rises is subject to her "belief". Sunrise is an objective fact. As the saying goes a right to freely swing an arm ends at my nose. If the speech endangers another human being, its not protected.
