I upgraded to a very nice and probably too expensive Spurcycle bell for my commuter bike, which I think has helped I feel like this bell (from a car brand) that goes through noise cancelling headphones should be an April Fool's joke, but I don't think it is: www.welovecycling.com/wide/duobell/
