I'm strongly of the opinion that we need more mechanical devices in lieu of touchscreens in public spaces. Imagine being at McDonald's and turning a huge steel knob (klang-klang-klang!) to select a cheeseburger, then pulling a slot machine lever to confirm your order. That would be so cool.
