Jeff Flake is hardly qualified to measure a man's character. He ran like a mongrel pup when things started to turn to shit. Wrote a a tweet about it and disappeared into the sunset. Let's just say that he couldn't endorse another GOP moron for Senate. That's not a hard decision to make.
