the affordability crisis is real but i honestly think it's a secondary consequence of the less discussed but much more demoralizing "nothing works" crisis
pretty bug>send apartment inquiry with detailed information including income, credit score, move-in date >get message back: "hello, in order to process your inquiry please provide your income, credit score, and move-in date" >send a reply providing all that information again >no response ever
