Mail in ballots. The destruction of mail sorting machines started by the former Postmaster,slows the mail. The revoking of post marking mail in local offices to distribution centers .This means ballots mailed "last minute" won't be postmarked until AFTER election day. I hope I'm wrong. MAIL EARLY.
