So I got this insanely clear chicken stock by extracting with my instant pot. It's super flavorful, gelatinous and super clear. WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH IT? I love soup, but you can only eat so much soup. Also I have about 1/4 cup of perfectly pure schmaltz. Looking for suggestions. I heard potatoes?
