I’m sooooo happy to work at a place that doesn’t do that. Everything we sell we make daily, and whatever doesn’t sell that day gets donated to food shelves. Even our food scraps get donated to farmers for pig slop. It’s not a giant step, but I feel better about it than other places I’ve worked.
