..."Attended".. so, high school diploma. Or possibly GED.
Rand Paul got his MD degree from Duke and he is still licensed in Kentucky. He lost his Certification from the large Optometrists organization and created his own group to give him a "certification". Why does he still have a license? Kentucky get this kook's license yanked.
