This is abhorrent. The 4th amendment is the law of the land, and you need a warrant to enter people’s homes.
The courts must step in immediately and ICE must leave our cities.
It would fail. But there are other things Schumer could be doing, first and foremost, stepping down from leadership and letting someone with leadership ability take it over. Someone like Mitch McConnell who blocked Obama's judicial nominees, including Merrick Garland.
