they literally reverse engineered STUXNET (an Israeli/US malware that took down a few nuclear enrichment sites in Iran in 2009/2010) and are now deploying it against systems/PLCs inside the US it is the EXACT OUTCOME theorized in the documentary Zero Days from 2016
