Xfinity remote decided that it will no longer light up and I'll admit it, I'm often in a poorly lit living room. Online it says that means dead batteries. No. The batteries are fine. All the butotns work. They just don't light up. I tap it a few times on the table. It lights up. Xfinity tech sucks.
