A friend in SF enlisted my help getting tickets to the Washington Monument for next month (they go on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern) and man, those go faster than trying to get tickets to Hamilton in 2015

Getting together with old work friends tomorrow at a restaurant I can walk to, not realizing until today that several of them will need to deal with track maintenance into Astoria. OH WELL We’re coming from Sunnyside, the Upper East Side, Inwood, somewhere in Brooklyn, and two parts of Astoria.

I JUST remembered that at the invited dress of Purlie Victorious, one of the cast members (during, I think, a minor set change) lifted up a white folding chair VERY slowly and then impishly smiled at the audience. Those who caught it were delighted.
