Ok guys 4 nights on CPAP, and I just had a nap WITHOUT the machine (my mask is drying) and I feel gross and nauseous Do we think that's related?

Hmmmm I'm still feeling curious and interested in buying a smart watch, just the Samsung fit3 which is like $80, not the ones that are hundreds... I really wanna see my blood oxygen over night, and also I could be using the temp and heart rate parts for my general chronic illness

A very good little feeling I'm having is that I'm getgingless scared of the machine Like the 2 weeks with the wrong mask, where I'd use it a couple days and feel terrible and take a night off, and then have to try again, just got me a little traumatized, anything that saps my energy is upsetting

Weeeooo we had some apocalypse wind, and sideways rain that made all the Saturday market stalls flee, I watched everyone run across to get their work vans But now it's 19 out and I can actually sit on the balcony because the sun went around long ago

I've ONLY seen the scene with the Enya song and the lady from that time loop movie following a corpse with a shotgun as it's loaded into a van and taken to a mortuary to be creamated, and she's pointing the gun at it every step of the way I first thought it was a skit lol

While imnot feeling less tired, it's only been 3 days on cpap properly, I was shocked yesterday that I didn't go back to bed, showered, did grocery day, and felt SUPER sleepy much of that time but didn't have a nap (because I procrastinated lol) And I wasn't struggling at the end of the day
