I saw the same thing today and hadn’t heard anything. It looks like it’s larger as there was fencing waiting to be placed almost all the way down to the Anacostia Pool. @waba.org may know?
Somebody SomewhereDoes anyone in #BikeDC know what’s happening in Anacostia Park between the Frederick Douglass Bridge & the USPP HQ? Meadow is mowed to the tree line by the river and fences block access to the river and part of the trail. Looks awful.
