I just remembered when I was in HS in an time where it was still a little taboo to need pills for things like anxiety and depression when I was having a real tough time breathing (hi there anxiety!) and the doc said "Drink some soothing tea". It took until 2021 for me to realize I needed pills.

Went in at the end of my pregnancy to see if the baby was facing the right way. Without looking at my chart TWO different people looked at me (I'm heavy) and went "so you're here for a stress test". Fucking look at the chart and don't assume shit!
