Yeah... at this point I barely care if Simpson Ave will be the world's first teleportation technology. The whole area has been a mess for so long that being there isn't fun. Beloved local businesses killed/exiled. Entire blocks turned into dirt piles for years. I would not could not on a train.

It feels like certain places have had any sense of place or semblance of community maliciously targeted for the better part of a generation!

I hate how hard it is to time a move like that. So sorry about the parents!
