I’ve had a lovely a seaside day here in the UK with close friends and our big conversation has been Anthony Fauci. We are so grateful for his leadership during COVID and we hope the US remembers its role in the protection and continuous development of science.

a constant litter (I meant trail) of proof of his call to violence. I went on a Faridge type post today and there are all these ‘we believe in you Nigel’, blah blah blah. Apparently it’s rude using hurty words to tell ppl they’re stupid, so I didn’t. I’m a nice person.

Brit here. Why would a company hide or distort tip buttons? Maybe they don’t want to pay their staff properly, but why wouldn’t they want customers to help increase their earnings?

Europe is heating up faster than the other continents. Come on world, we need to work together.

It’s the water we swim in. We don’t notice it. We expect low costs without joined up thinking. Who pays invisible costs? We do, in supporting salaries which we shouldn’t have to. It’s not about companies who can’t afford, it’s those who won’t.

Brilliant article. Thanks to The Times for allowing it to be read without a paywall. I do buy the FT at weekends and appreciate its hard for journalists when ppl aren’t buying papers, so again, thank you. Happily sharing. We all need to keep focused.
