Yesterday: dropped my phone in the sea (recovered it though) and had the tinnitus flare from hell This morning: woke up to the news that someone used my email to create a Walmart account and had to call from the UK to get it dealt with (panic cancelled my card before I realised they used their own)

My mum has decided that she can stop taking her blood pressure medication because her blood pressure is normal now.

Had an experience today which really proved that leftist conspiracy theorists are no less irrational than conservative ones. Scholastic Books are a front for The Heritage Foundation because capitalism is inherently right-wing and therefore all companies are right-wing.

Medical restrictions are a pain. Anyone have suggestions for drinks I can order at a bar that are: not alcoholic, not carbonated, not citrus, not caffeinated, not coffee, and not smoothies (that one's not medical, just a bad texture for me)? I already have water, squash, and decaf tea on my list.

The upside of the current heatwave is that it is simply Too Hot to hold onto my usual level of self-consciousness. I *will* be cropping my tops so I'm not stuck with a sweaty back. I *will* be going sleeveless. I *will* be using my neck fan on the bus without caring whether it draws attention.
