Can't say I’m sorry I’m not a full-time prof anymore! I get to spend time with students in a very different way now, & love it. But coincidentally (?), I just found old class notes from circa 2018-2022. I do miss teaching judicial process, juries, & research skills. I had damn good material.

On the one hand, Aug 1 always causes anxiety for all academics everywhere all the time because we are conditioned. On the other hand, I did finally get a 16 year book project out in print, so there's that and I feel less panicky about productivity this year.
