After more than 13 years at @mta.maryland.gov including 5 as Administrator, I have made the decision to step away. Working alongside MTA team has been the honor of my career. I am proud of what we accomplished & grateful for the employees who work every day to move Maryland.

The @mta.maryland.gov team has been implementing @apta-info.bsky.social recommendations & reducing customization but there is more to be done-check out the report!
The @mta.maryland.gov is investing in new vehicles! This morning, I caught a new Metro car & this afternoon a new hybrid bus. We are also evaluating bids for replacement Light Rail vehicles & battery electric MARC locomotives. New vehicles will improve reliability across the system!
