Absolutely crazy. If refurbing a victorian monstrosity is going to take 60 years and cost upward of £40b it's time to pull it down and build a workable solution in its place - parliament + MP flatlets. Don't see why Scotland should be on the hook for this. 60 year's time the UK will not exist!
