We also made a salad out of half our black garbanzos and then made a delicious SOUP out of the rest. (We pureed them, added chicken stock, etc). It kind of looked like a lighter variety of black bean soup. I'd attach a picture but there is nothing left. 👅 We were impressed and are buying more.
