I went back to £2 Pizza Slice the next day between more #edfringe shows and opted for an upgrade: a £3 quattro formaggi. Had a hard time identifying four cheeses. Perhaps a low-quality shredded pizza cheese blend at best. Overall a genuinely rubbery experience, but sustenance for standing in queues.

Lobo the cat was waiting.

I had to return to Matto, this time their Newington location, to get my fix with their normal crust. Tried one with mozzarella, aubergine, garlic olive oil, and parmesan shavings. Much better.

Bean did a great job leading the way through Holyrood Park.
