I use Apple notes as the main way to think. I would use #Google, BUT they insist on separating Docs and Drive, meaning if you end up in Docs, you have no folder view, so no easy way to organise Docs! I would use #Notion, but I can't find a way to turn off the icons (lists are harder to scan)
