it really wasn't 😅 or maybe it was really helpful to hyperfixate on writing fic so i could at least have an outlet for the wanting beyond my own narrow experience. you definitely deserve better.

idk if there's a model for dealing with those feelings - but you're so valid for having them. like, when i was in a not entirely dissimilar place, i think i just...forgot how to want? i wanted to get out of the hole i was in and figured i'd go from there. so that's where my focus went. it sucked. 🫂
