My AI thoughts are a cycle in which I use it in a limited specific way where it does something really well and I think it’s great and then I hear what my coworkers are doing and I want to ban it everywhere.
Michaelsetting aside data centers, environmental concerns, any sci-fi/fantasy AI-apocalypse concerns, and concerns about built in bigotry or using AI for evil ends like drone targeting; discounting all that, i'd be for banning LLMs just based on lazy people overusing them and it making those people stupid
