I think one of the worst things about JK Rowling is that she's not stupid. Like, for as much as it would be easy to say "oh, she's an idiot, she's dumb, she's a moron..." the sad truth is she's actually a pretty smart person who actively chooses to be an asshole

Sadly it's not that difficult to be in the smarter 50% of the human population by IQ/achievement. It is much harder to be in the more humane, compassionate, & caring 50% of the population, which JK Rowling plainly is not, not by ANY stretch of the imagination. Irrational hatred oozes from her pores.
