Once a month, my apartment complex sends out an email thanking all the residents for living there and then listing all the rules for which we can be punished with fines and/or eviction. Also, don't ask the office to accept your packages. Have a nice day.

American cities will place a big painted line, a low median, or a row of plastic bollards, and call it a protected bikepath, but what I want is such separate infrastructure that people can make mistakes without dying or killing anyone on the bike path.
