why is eli roth still allowed to make movies

i understand the executive urge to act like every game in a series can be a jumping in point, but it’s weird to me to do that with a game that is explicitly advertised through its connection to the best selling fire emblem game ever (do NOT fact check me on that, i feel it in my soul)

i see some people trying to argue that this is symptomatic of a wider shift back into theaters and maybe it is but i think it is mostly symptomatic of 1: this week has been absolutely dead if you’re not into nolan 2: spidaman :)
