For context, I've just had a very long and interesting conversation with a friend of mine who is a Professor of Business Psychology. Notwithstanding all the stuff on entrepreneurial psychopathy, the simple fact is that if these people remain interested and active, serious success is inevitable.

No matter what you think of these people, they are winners. They thrive on what they personally define as "victory." And they will deploy whatever it takes to achieve it. They will undoubtedly bring intense success to #NUFC. No matter what that requires. Or how long it takes.

Finally. My hope is that he's been working away with the players for a few days. If he grasps the club's culture quickly, can organise the players well and can get off to a decent start on the pitch, I will feel really positive about this appointment. He comes with some good references. #NUFC
