Cool! Back in my early 20s Neuromancer was one of the first books I had to read in English, because 1984 was no German translation available. I didn't understand everything on the first read-through, but I was deeply impressed.

I am so hyped. I read Neuromancer in a motel in Brooks, AB back in the 80s. I was working for the CPR, and was very out of place in that environment. You gave me a glimpse of a more expansive world than the one I was living.

Cautiously optimistic.

Love this take on Molly. I showed you my tattoo of Molly back in 2010 (Zero History book tour, Philly) but it was more like the Chrissie Hynde version. This one feels so on point. The eyes look great.

Really glad to know you're involved with this. Neuromancer is the root of like 90% of what we consider "cyberpunk" as a genre today. Too important a work not to have the creator on-hand. That they involved you tells me a lot about the respect for the material I feel like I can hope to see here.

On the plus side it seems to have incorporated the Gibson tropes that have become ubiquitous in manga and cyberpunk without camp retro or looking like it's been outdated by it's own offspring.

How is that a teaser? Teasers used to be like a single image or a line. At most a seven-second clip of one scene. This is a full trailer, with most cast identified and a story precis.

Totally looking forward to this! And I'd like to think this is in a good place. I rolled my eyes when Apple TV was announced, yet years later it's the streaming service I watch the most. It's pumping out edgy/fun/interesting things that surprise-and-delight pretty much non-stop.

Wow now that was a long path to production. I saw Neuromancer and New Rose Hotel on Cathryn Bigelow's desk in the late 80s.

I just saw the trailer and felt compelled to start reading the book yet again. Easily one of my favorites, and it inspired me to try my hand at writing. I'm excited at seeing your work on the big screen.

Can't believe it took this long to finally get made--but I suppose you've been waiting longer than all of us. :D Can't wait to see this!
