Hard to get a verified information on it but I keep seeing posts citing 2 pounds of copper and about 1 gram of gold, and, while less precious, the poles are aluminum. Some cite up to 23 pounds of copper but that seems entirely too much.

How on earth did they cut them down so easily without anybody finding out? Just as a thought exercise.

It's not surprising, now that people know there are 2 lbs of copper and 1 gram of gold in each camera. People are gonna do what they're gonna do.

I do rideshare for extra cash and I drove two guys home from a bar a few weeks ago and they showed me the cameras they were planning to take down after it got dark lol. They didn’t strike me as left wing radicals or anything, just two regular dudes

And the cops *will* be all over this. Which tells you a lot about cops.
