Fair. My line: the board authorized the parking removal, T&ES decides what gets built. Staff also said Russell is too narrow for full-length islands — they'd be cut short — so the finished product may not match the drawings. Just don't want folks assuming everything in Option 2 is locked in.
The Traffic and Parking Board also approves changes to traffic, as well as parking changes. In the case of the Braddock Road project, the board approved removing parking, as well as removing a travel lane and consolidating turn lanes.
