The only items in the board's jurisdiction are adding/removing parking, so that's all they could vote on. They voted to remove 20 spaces and to have staff work with ACPS and return with a solution for ACPS parking.

I agree. But Option 2 wasn't approved. A vote was taken in support of it.

In the sense that traffic and parking board only ever votes to remove the parking spaces that advance projects, sure. But that’s like saying they didn’t advance the Braddock bike lanes, they just advanced the parking removal that cleared the way for them. Technically true but not the point.
