Quick PSA because a lot of people don't know the myriad of presentations of a UTI: UTIs can also cause severe disorientation. It looks almost like dementia. If your older folks present suddenly w: rapid cognitive or constitutional decline, rule out stroke, then push to have them tested for a UTI.
